Case Study: Peregrine Social Club

Peregrine Social Club, or ‘Perry’s’ as it is affectionately known , is a premier food and drink premises in Keilor East. Plan2Pour worked alongside the team at Perry’s from initial concept through to opening day.

  • Plan2Pour successfully attained planning permits for the use and development of the land as a cafe, alongside Council permission for the sale of liquor in a strict residential zone.

  • Plan2Pour worked closely with the team at Perry’s to obtain approval for a Restaurant and Cafe Licence with conditions that suit their business goals.

  • Given the unique location of the venue, Plan2Pour developed an array of Operational Management Plans to fulfil Council requirements, including Waste Management Plans, Noise and Amenity Action Plans and Parking Demand Assessments.
